How information is used
The form handler sends submissions by email to the site operator and attempts to send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. The current form handler does not create a local submission file. Earlier versions did create local submission and mail-fallback files; the site operator should check the server and backups and securely remove any retained records that are no longer needed. Email copies may remain in the relevant email accounts, and no retention period is stated here.
Email and website hosting providers may process information to deliver their services. The website does not make a claim that messages are end-to-end encrypted or that access controls at those providers have been independently verified.
